Our Forest Schools 16 Hour First Aid qualification is designed to teach lifesaving skills that can be used in an outdoor, nature-based learning environment. Forest School is an inspirational process, that offers all learners the opportunities to achieve and develop confidence and self-esteem through hands-on learning experiences.
The qualification focuses on a specialised learning approach to first aid that sits within and compliments the wider context of outdoor and woodland education. This Forest Schools qualification will help children develop many skills that will help promote and encourage inclusion, physical participation and will cover fundamental first aid skills that may help to promote or preserve life.
This course is delivered over two days, covering 16 hours of content.
This qualification is available as a ProTrainings qualification and you can also request an Endorsed certificate from TQUK if required for an extra charge. The course is the same for both certificates.
This qualification is suitable for learners aged 14 years and above
The content of all the courses we offer through ProTrainings UK has been independently certified as conforming to universally accepted Continuous Professional Development (CPD) guidelines. Each course come with a Certified CPD Statement as well as a ProTrainings Certificate and for online courses an Evidence Based Learning statement.
This qualification can be delivered in our Eastbourne, East Sussex classroom or at your organisation across the UK.
