Lily Dean Training Turns 3

On July 4th 2025 we celebrated our 3rd birthday as a business.

Back in 2022 we attended Metis Consultants LTD to deliver our very first training course. On that day we started our journey by delivering our Mental Health in the Work Place L1 course to 18 of their staff before returning a week later to carry out their Emergency First Aid at Work Training. Fast forward 3 years and nearly 1000 students later and we were back with Metis to deliver the 3 yearly Emergency First Aid at Work refresher, having delivered the Mental Health refreshers a month earlier.

Corin Dudley Electrical

On May 22nd 2025 Lily Dean Training were back working with CDS Electrical at their Polegate base. We worked with their staff to deliver Emergency First Aid at Work training. Some of the subjects pictured above include Cardio Pulmonary Ressusitation and dealing with blood loss. Here is what some of the students had to say about the training.

Wealden Works EFAW

On May 21st 2025 we worked with Wealden Works at their #heathfield office to deliver Emergency First Aid at Work training to 8 students undertaking their work programme. It was an enjoyable day with a range of experience in the group.

CDS

We were delighted to join CDS Electrical on 22nd April to deliver the first of 2 Emergency First Aid at Work training courses. We had a fantastic day with the staff at their Polegate depot, guiding them through a number of different subjects. It was a really enjoyable day and we were delighted with the feedback we received. Here is just one example “Theo came and took a course at our office. He was brilliant and the course was immersive. He got everyone involved and immediately improved everyone’s CPR technique!
