We were delighted to join CDS Electrical on 22nd April to deliver the first of 2 Emergency First Aid at Work training courses. We had a fantastic day with the staff at their Polegate depot, guiding them through a number of different subjects. It was a really enjoyable day and we were delighted with the feedback we received. Here is just one example “Theo came and took a course at our office. He was brilliant and the course was immersive. He got everyone involved and immediately improved everyone’s CPR technique! If you need first aid training, Lily Dean is the one !!”

Emergency First Aid at Work L3 Course – April 2025 in Eastbourne

On Friday, 4th April 2025, we hosted our second open Emergency First Aid at Work Level 3 course of the year. This engaging and informative training session welcomed learners from a diverse range of industries, including Forestry professionals, Personal Trainers, and Beauty Therapists.

Held at the beautiful St Wilfrid’s Hospice in Eastbourne, the course provided a comprehensive, hands-on learning experience in a comfortable and supportive environment. It was our pleasure to guide these learners through their first aid training, helping them gain valuable skills and giving them the confidence to act when it matters.

Emergency First Aid at Work Level 3 training is a crucial skill no matter the industry you work in and our expert instructors ensure that all participants leave with the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively in emergencies.

Horder Healthcare – FAMH L3

A Fantastic Experience with Horder Healthcare!

On March 7th & 8th, 2025, we had the privilege of spending two days with the incredible staff at Horder Healthcare, facilitating their First Aid Awards Level 3 course in First Aid for Mental Health. 💙

It was a truly rewarding experience working with such a dedicated and passionate team at The Horder Centre in #Crowborough. Their commitment to enhancing mental health awareness and support was evident throughout the course, and we couldn’t have asked for a better group to collaborate with.

We’re excited about the positive impact that mental health first aid can have on their team and are already looking forward to future opportunities to work together again. Thank you, Horder Healthcare, for making this experience so memorable!

ILG UK – FAW L3 March 2025

On Wednesday March 19th 2025 we attended the International Logistics Group’s Salfords depot to begin the delivery of their latest 3 day First Aid at Work training for their staff. We sent 3 days with 9 staff members and day one saw us looking at:

Law around first aid in the work place,

Scene safety,

Unconcious casualty

Recovery position

Heat attack

CPR and AED use

Day 2 will see us looking at things like choking, bleeding, fractures, spinal injury and burns and more.
